Stripping and Waxing
Although hard surface floors can be extremely durable, they require proper maintenance to preserve their resilience and luster. With our customized floor maintenance program, we can protect your company’s floor, and keep it looking like new. High traffic areas are prone to dirt and grit. Dirt and grit can cause scratches and nicks and damage your floors permanently giving your beautiful floor a less-than-professional look. We can remove your floor's old sealer and finish, reseal it with a high-quality all in one sealer and finish and buff the surface to a deep shine. This sealer and glossy finish will extend the wear of your floor, reduce scuff marks and scratches and guard against soil penetration and abrasion.
Grout Cleaning and Sealing
We start by coating the entire floor, tile and grout, with our commercial grade low-odor non-toxic chemical that loosens the accumulated dirt, grease, and topical residues from the grout lines and tile surface. After proper dwell time, we work the solution into the grout lines with a stiff brush, as well as on top of the tile surface. Using high pressure hot water, we are able to wash, rinse and extract years of soil and grease from the pores of the tile and grout. You will find that our process restores the grout, in most cases, 85 to 90 percent of its original appearance. Some stains will not come out because they dye the grout, but the combination of heat, water pressure and suction removes most. Once dry, it is time to seal the grout. The sealer will make the grout uniform in color and virtually stain proof.
Keep your floors clean. Do not underestimate the value of routine mopping—both dry mopping and damp mopping. Daily maintenance is the key to long lasting floors that look great for many years. If floors receive less attention---they are likely to require more frequent restorative maintenance.
